Location of Grand Hotel Bernardin is ideal as both the town of Piran and the seaside of Portoroz are walking distance and easy reachable from the Hotel. The resort are itself includes two additional hotels and a promenade with local shops and caffes. The resort has full access to the beach.

The venues within the hotel offer a variety of possibilities to organise a corporate retreat or a global meeting where everyday you can add a function at a different location at the hotel resort. For example a great get together party at the terrace bar overlooking Portoroz and the Piran bay with live music band. the second night an informal buffet dinner at the terrace overlooking the open sea by the historical church of st. Bernardin with the addition of great decor, lighting set up and live music. And of course the final evening with the gala and awards dinner by the sea or at one of the adequate conference rooms.

Seafront Gala Dinners
Gala dinner by the sea is very popular. The size of the seaside area is large enough to host the gala dinner for larger conferences in the area. The set up can be always adjusted to the needs and enriched with other decoration and lighting after the beautiful sunset.
Food trucks
Food trucks are hip and trendy, why not bring them close to the event. We organized a corporate lunch with a selection of the best slovenian food trucks to the beach. Selection of signature dishes from different slovenian regions recreate a gastronomic journey through the country directly to the delegates.
