Description  

Spend a day exploring the stories behind the family run wineries. Your tour starts with a general visit of the Coastal Slovenia, where you will learn more about the Adriatic heritage and historical influences on the Region. 
 
First stop on your tour will be a privately owned winery, known for producing organic wine. After the wine sampling and local cheese tasting you will be transferred to the next sightseeing point. Stopping at the wine hills above Koper, you will experience one of the many fountains in Slovenia, the Wine Fountain known for offering the local white wines and red refoscco on draft.

Second part of the journey will be highlighting a relaxing time at the wine tasting, with an in depth lecture of the wine production and tasting of the varieties of wine produced in the region. Along a wine tasting goes hand in hand a traditional light lunch, which highlight the gastronomy in the Mediterranean region.
