Opatija, Croatia - Breakfast at the hotel. A free day at leisure to relax or to explore the beauty of Croatia on your own. Overnight stay in a hotel. (B, D)

Day 3

Opatija / Plitvice Lakes Check-out after breakfast at the hotel Departure to the most beautiful national park in Croatia, Plitvice Lakes. This World UNESCO Heritage Site promises an inspiring landscape as you travel among its 16 terraced lakes and dense forests. A series of waterfalls and free-flowing cascades connect each lake with the other. Arrival at the hotel, Check-in and installation. Evening at leisure and overnight stay in hotel. (B, D)

Day 4

Plitvice Lakes / Dubrovnik Check-out after breakfast at the hotel This morning we continue south through the heart of Croatia towards the medieval city of Dubrovnik. On the way, enjoy the magnificent view of the sparkling blue water of the Adriatic Sea. Arrival at the hotel, Check-in and installation. Evening at leisure and overnight stay in hotel. (B, D)

Day 5

Dubrovnik Breakfast at the hotel Full day sightseeing tour to the World UNESCO Heritage Site "Old Dubrovnik"; visit to the Franciscan Monastery, where Europe's oldest pharmacy is located; Rector's Palace, the City Walls, and many other historical sites. You can choose a personalized tour and take part in one of the following two options: Elaphiti Islands Cruise or Montenegro excursion (please check with your local representative). Back to the hotel and overnight stay. (B, D)

Dubrovnik Breakfast at the hotel Free day at leisure to explore Dubrovnik on your own Overnight stay in a hotel. (B, D)

Day 7

Dubrovnik / Split Check-out after breakfast at the hotel Today, enjoy breathtaking sea views as you drive up the winding coastal road and embrace the steep cliffs that drop into the aquamarine Adriatic Sea. Enjoy a stop in a picturesque village in the Croatian countryside. You will have time to taste the local specialties and perhaps take a walk around the village square. After your arrival in Split you will take a walk to the impressive Diocletian's Palace, one of the most important late Romanesque monuments and a World UNESCO Heritage Site. You will also see the peristyle of the palace and the temple of Jupiter. Then drive on to your hotel in the center of Split. Check-in, installation and overnight stay at the hotel. (B, D)

Day 8

Split / Ljubljana Check-out after breakfast at the hotel. Your adventure continues as you travel up the coast, into Slovenia and on to today's destination, the picturesque capital Ljubljana. Enjoy the spectacular landscape during the journey. Later you will arrive in Ljubljana and enjoy the afternoon relaxing or visiting the city on your own. Check in on Hotel Lev or similar. Overnight stay in hotel. (B, D)

Day 9

Ljubljana - Lake Bled - Ljubljana Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a sightseeing tour to this beautiful city on the banks of the river. Your tour includes the impressive City Hall and a visit to the magnificent St. Nicholas Cathedral. After free time for lunch, you will drive a short distance to quiet Lake Bled. Experience the old-world charm of a trip on a "pletna" boat to the picturesque island in the center of the city, Lake Bled and spend time exploring St. Mary's Cathedral and the 17th century "Wishing Bell". Return and overnight in your hotel in Ljubljana. (B, D)

Ljubljana - Zagreb, Croatia Check-out after breakfast at the hotel Drive to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia Check-in and installation at Hotel Westin Zagreb or similar The rest of the day at leisure to visit the city at your own pace Overnight stay in hotel. (B, D)
